Diginesis S.R.L., a company registered with the Trade Registry of Braşov under no. J08/1720/2006, VAT registration number RO 18866612, with its registered office at str. Aurel Vlaicu nr. 40, office 15, Braşov, Braşov county, Romania, and to companies and businesses linked and/or affiliated with the aforementioned company.
1.2. Where mention is made of the ”Customer” and/or ”you” in these T&C, this refers to the user of this website and Online Shop that is entering into an agreement with us by using this website and/or placing an order.
Article 2: Collected data
2.1. We automatically collect certain data from our visitors to in order to continuously improve and enhance our customer’s experiences. This data is collected via the following methods:

4.4. Starting from the date of entry into force of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, May 25 2018 respectively, you will additionally benefit from and exercise the following rights:
  • the right to be forgotten, in the sense that you will be able to make a request to Diginesis S.R.L. for the deletion of personal data records from the online environment;
  • the right to data portability: your data can be transferred to another designated personal data operator;
  • the right to be notified in the event of data security breaches by the operator.
Article 5: Sharing of collected data
5.1. We may share this information within our group of companies or with third parties who are under a similar or more strict privacy policy. All shared information is provided by the user on a voluntary basis.

6.1. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any point without prior notification and approval. Continued use of our website or other products once these changes are announced will confirm your approval of and agreement to any and all changes.
